Just been hanging on the phone for half an hour. This happened last time. They renew quotes with ridiculous increases and then don't want to talk to you, plus they want to charge you for canceling... avoid them

I have rang up the home insurance today and after waiting a short time a lady came on the phone and asked me to leave my details and they would ring me back; that was 2 and a half hours ago. Not a good first time attempt to get in touch with my insurance company, my rating would be poor.
